Cooking Instruction:
Thaw this masala mix pack and bring it to room temparature before cooking. Preparation: Cut open the masala pack and transfer to a bowl. Apply the masala on both sides of the fish to be grilled and let it rest for 15-20 minutes. Cooking instructions: 1. Heat up a non-stick frying pan or tawa and add oil for grilling. 2. Slide the marinated fish slices into the hot oil and grill on both sides evenly. Serve hot with sliced onions and lemon wedge.
