Heating Instruction: Microwave: Remove the outer cover. Microwave the tray with the lid closed for 4–5 minutes. Let it rest for 1 minute. Pour the hot Sambar over Medu Vada, let it rest again for 1 minute. Serve hot. Note:- Heating time may vary based on microwave power. If needed, heat further in 30–60 second intervals until steaming hot. Air Fryer: Heat at 200°C for 5-6 minutes. Serve Hot and crispy, Do not Thaw before Heating. Note: Heating time may vary depending on the air fryer model.Heat Sambar separately in microwave. Pan: Thaw to room temperature. Heat vada and sambar separately on medium flame. Stir Sambar occasionally and turn Vada for even heating . Serve hot.
