Gourmet Arabic Mutton Skewers

Pan Cooked

* Pre-heat oil in a frypan over a medium flame for approx. 3-7 mins
* Transfer the product onto the frying pan and place the meat pieces to one side of the pan, Allow it to sear till the side turns light brown. This may require 6-8 mins of cooking over medium flame.
* Toss it over to the other side, to allow an even burn(caramel) on both sides.
* Sprinkling some water on the pan and covering the pan with a lid allows it to capture the moistness and also prevents the meat from drying up.
* Allow the final product to cool down for 5 mins

Oven Cooked

* Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F
* Transfer the product onto the baking tray set with baking paper.
* Spray cooking oil to the bottom layer before placing the meat onto the baking tray .This fine, even layer prevents food from burning and adhering to pans without necessarily turning it greasy
* Cook it in the oven for 5-7 mins at 165 degrees F
* It is suggested to spray a fine mist of water onto the final dish before allowing it to cool for 5 mins and then transferring it from the baking tray to the serving plate.

Note : It is not advised to Microwave this product, since this will dry out the product from the inside and will not cook it properly on the outside.
