Smokey grilled eggplant is paired with chunky fresh green pepper and sun ripened tomatoes. Parsley, lemon juice and garlic finish it off. As good as homemade, we use only the best ingredients and it is preservative and additive free. Baba Ganoush is a perfect dip for crunchy veggies or scooped on flat breads. And, being low in calories, fat and sugars, it's the perfect dip for healthy eaters. Serve garnished with a swirl of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, fresh mint and finely chopped fresh onion.
