The Special Tender Bengal Male Castrated Goat commonly commonly known as Khashi found in West Bengal, Bihar, Orissa and regions of northeastern India. It is famous for his meat quality and its rich taste and a milder, less gamey but delicate flavour. All goats are hand picked from individual houses of villages and reared freely. Khasi goat develops un-separable rich fat under skin and brings the richness and flavour in the meat.
