Cooking instruction:
Unpack the Chicken Liver Pepper Fry packet and transfer to a bowl. Scrap all the masala inside the empty pouch to the bowl. Mix the contents to refresh.


Add 100 ml of water and heat up a kadai. Once the water starts simmering slide the marinated liver into the kadai and mix.


Allow to cook on a slow flame stirring frequently and not allowing to burn the bottom of the pan. If the contents become too dry sprinkle some more water and cook until done. Cook to a semi dry consistency


Cut open the liver to see no traces of blood inside.


Check for seasoning and serve hot as a starter or as an accompaniment.
