Cooking Instruction:
* Place in a pan, with a little water. Heat through for 3 minutes, turning halfway. The water keeps them moist. At the end, you can lightly brown them by adding a little ghee, butter or coconut oil to the pan. * Or, place on the grill or BBQ, over a moderate heat for 5 minutes, turning regularly till heated through. * Serve these as a snack, on a hot dog bun or with some veggies and mash (potato or cauliflower - your choice) for a healthy dinner. *** Ingredients *** Chicken Meat, Water, Salt, Garlic, Black Pepper, Ginger, Chili, Onion, Dried Parsley Root, Fresh Parsley Leaves, Dextrose (0.2%) and fresh lemon juice. *** Allergens*** None
