To Cook:
Place in a pan, with a little water. Heat through for 3 minutes, turning halfway. The water keeps them moist. At the end, you can lightly brown them by adding a little ghee, butter or coconut oil to the pan.
Or, place on the grill or BBQ, over a moderate heat for 5 minutes, turning regularly till heated through.

Serve these as a snack, on a hot dog bun or with some veggite crudite and dip for a healthy dinner.
