Jerk is a style of cooking native to Jamaica, in which Chicken Drumsticks are marinated in a hot spice mixture. If you like spicy food, this dish will have your taste buds dancing in joy!
Ingredients: Chicken Drumsticks, Garlic, Onion, Cayenne pepper, All spice powder, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Dried thyme and Parsley.
Method of cooking: Unpack dish into a bowl and make sure all the marinade from the pouch is scraped into the bowl. Mix the ingredients well. Heat up a griddle/hot plate. Apply just enough oil to coat the pan. Place the marinated Chicken Wings on the hot plate and grill on a slow flame. Grill evenly on both sides. Don’t allow to cook on one side for longer as it gets charred quickly.
