Heating Instruction: Remove the outer cover. Microwave the tray with the lid closed for 4–5 minutes. Let it rest for 1 minute. Pour the hot Sambar over Medu Vada, let it rest again for 1 minute. Serve hot. Note:- Heating time may vary based on microwave power. If needed, heat further in 30–60 second intervals until steaming hot. Air Fryer: Place Frozen Medu Vada in air fryer basket. Heat at 200°C for 5-6 minutes. Serve hot and crisp. Do not thaw before heating. Note: Heating time may vary depending on the air fryer model. Heat Sambar separately in Microwave.
