We got this yesterday delivered and boy, was it fresh! We marinated it in olive oil, balsamic, finely chopped garlic, red chili flakes, green onions diced and rice wine vinegar for an hour and fried them in batches for 1:30 mins each batch. Divine can be the only word that I can use.

Order it and do the above, freshtohome.com rocks and boy, in India, getting such key supplies (the plane was late due to fog in Delhi) is almost unthinkable.
