Butter Fish / Punnarameen - Whole

- I was always wiling to explore different fish and decided to cook butterfish/punnarameen. The meat texture is buttery indeed and tastes awesome. I personally loved the fired butterfish. Cleaning the skin is a tough job, and while slicing the skin is very hard however the meat is as smooth as butter. Bones are not that hard can be dices/sliced easily.
