The product was fresh. We cooked it on non-stick pan (ensure to cover the pan, and cook in low flame). It became soft and juicy. Brush it with refined oil as desired while cooking. The cooking time is approximately 10 minutes on low flame. It was slightly spicy/hot, but it is worth the taste
