Cooking Instruction:

Mutton Rogan Josh :
1. Empty the curry packet into a Pressure Cooker and add 300ml water. 2. Allow the mutton to cook well on a medium flame and wait for 12-14 whistles* or about 30-35 mins (depends on the size of the cooker). 3. Adjust the water level according to your desired consistency. 4. Serve hot with roti or rice. Chicken Malai Tikka
Open the pack and transfer its contents into a bowl. Scrape all any remaining marinade in the pack and coat the chicken pieces evenly.
For Pan Cooking: 1) Allow the pack to thaw to room temperature. 2) Heat up a non-stick pan, add 1 tbsp of oil, and swirl it around to coat the pan. 3) Place the chicken pieces on the pan and cook on low flame. 4) Flip occasionally to cook evenly and avoid burning.
For Cooking On Charcoal Grill: 1) Allow the pack to thaw to room temperature. 2) Arrange the chicken pieces on the grill above the burning charcoal. 3) Flip occasionally to cook evenly and avoid burning.
For Cooking In An Oven: 1) Allow the pack to thaw to room temperature. 2) Preheat the oven to 180 degree C. 3) Spread out the tikkas on a lightly greased baking tray and place it in the oven. 4) Roast it at 180 degree C for 12-13 minutes. Flip the tikkas and cook for another 2-3 minutes till it’s done completely.
Serve hot with a bit of lemon squeezed on top, and some onions rings and your favourite chutney on the side. Meaty Chicken Seekh Kebab:
In a pan: Apply some oil on a non stick pan and heat up. Open the chicken seekh packs and transfer the 4 seekhs to a plate. When the pan is hot slide the seekhs to the pan and keep moving the pan or the seekhs. Rolling the seekhs on the pan heats it quicker and doesn’t allow the seekh to stick to the pan. When the outer area becomes evenly brown remove from the pan and serve hot with mint chutney In an oven: Heat up and oven to 180 degrees Open the chicken seekh packs and transfer the seekhs to a plate. Apply some oil on a aluminium tray and place the seekhs on the tray Place the tray in the oven and heat up for 10-12 minutes Remove from oven and serve hot. In microwave oven: Open the chicken seekh packs and transfer the 4 seekhs to a plate. Place the seekhs on an oven proof plate, sprinkle some water and cover with cling wrap or lid Run the microwave option for 1.5 to 2 minutes. When the seekhs are hot transfer to a serving plate and serve with chutney Yummy Chicken Cutlets:
Thaw and deep fry on pan.
