Cooking Instruction:
How To Use: 1) Burger Patties, Kebabs, Samosas & Cutlets: Add a spoonful of goat tallow to your patty/ kebab/cutlet mixture and combine well. Fry them as usual. 2) Biryani: Heat a tablespoon of goat tallow (along with ghee or oil) in a large pot to sauté your spices, onion and meat. Follow the same process of making biryani as you normally do. Alternatively you could also add a teaspoon of tallow towards the end for added flavour. 3) Curries: Heat a tablespoon of goat tallow (along with ghee or oil) in a pot to sauté your spices and veggies. Then follow the same process of making curries as you normally do.
