Although the sausages are pre-cooked, they MUST be further cooked as per below: The sausages could be grilled, steamed or Pan-frying. Pan-frying the sausages for 3-5 mins a side in a pan is an easy way to have these sausages plump, hot and ready to eat in only a few minutes.

Grilling is also quick: Spray the grill grates before laying the sausages on the grill. Rotate half way using tongs (and not a fork), to prevent any flavorsome juices from escaping. If you like a smoky taste, keep the grill covered during cooking. Once cooked, cool for 2-3 mins, then enjoy with relish or spreads, spring onions, sourcream and tomatoes.
