Amritsari Chicken Pakora (250g Pack) non-veg-icon

Amritsari Chicken Pakora (250g Pack)

Out of stock

The perfect party starter! For generations, this chatpata street-style Amritsari Chicken Pakora has remained the pick of the town!. Fresh chicken chunks are coated with fine chickpea flour (besan), ajwain (carom seeds) and an amazingly aromatic spice blend. When deep fried, they turn crispy, golden, and just perfect. The very sight of this dish leaves one drooling. Agree?

Storage Instructions:
Always store in deep freezer at -18°C or below

Marketed By:
Freshtohome Foods Private Limited No.201, 2nd FLOOR, Carlton Towers No.1, Old Airport Road, Kodihalli, Bangalore Urban, Karnataka - 560008

Cooking Instruction:

1. Unpack the contents of the pack and transfer to a bowl. 2. Scrape off any remaining marinade from the pouch. Mix the chicken and the marinade to make sure every piece is evenly coated. 3. Heat up enough oil in a fry pan / kadai to immerse and fry the chicken pieces. When the oil is hot, drop the chicken pieces individually so that they remain separate after frying. 4. Once cooked, strain off the pieces and put them over tissue paper to remove excess oil. 5. Serve hot along with lemon wedges and onion slices. This dish goes well with any of your favourite sauces or chutneys. We recommend chilli garlic sauce and / or a coriander mint chutney. If you want to mix it up, sweet tamarind chutney works well with hot pakoras too.
