Cooking Instruction:

1. Defrost the burger patties. 2. Heat up a non-stick heavy bottom fry pan and add 1 tbsp of oil. 3. Unpack the defrosted patties and place it on the hot pan. Allow the meat to sear on both sides i.e., till you get a light golden colour on both sides. 4. Add 3-4 tbsp of water and close the pan with a lid and reduce the flame. 5. Allow the patty to cook well for 10-12 minutes. 6. Turn sides for even cooking and allow the water to evaporate completely. Cook the patty to a golden brown. 7. Use the patty to build your burger or have it as a minced steak with your choice of sauce or cut it into bite size pieces and serve with a dip for some appetising finger food!
