Cooking Instruction:
STEAM:
Add water and allow water to boil in a double boiler.
On the perforated top container apply some oil and place the momos without touching to each other
Close the lid and allow to steam for 6-7 minutes.
Carefully remove the lid and allow the steam to escape
Gently remove the hot momos one by one and transfer to a serving plate.
Cut open the pouch of sauce and serve along.
PAN FRY:
Heat up a non stick pan and apply some oil.
Place the momos one by one on the pan.
Allow to pan to keep moving so that the momos doesn’t stick to the pan.
Turn sides to fry the sides too.
Serve the pan fried momos with the sauce provided
DEEP FRY:
Heat up oil in a sauce pan or kadai.
When oil is hot slowly slide the momos into the oil and deep fry them to a golden colour.
It is better to thaw the momos before dropping them into the oil for a better heating up deep inside.
Serve hot along with the sauce provided
