Hi Thank you for serving the good fish, few fishes were soft , may be due to summer and catch time. But its not really big deal.
It has taste far better than market once. worth to buy fishes from F2H.

The ayala fish got was tasty but not all were fresh
I ordered 500 gm ayala , and got them in promised time. Got three fish for this quantity.
One was very fresh and tasty, one was ok, but one was not fresh. Please take care of this matter.

I had also ordered Tuna fish, and should say that it was very fresh and hence very tasty. Getting this taste first time in Bangalore.

We are very sorry to hear about your issue, we don't quite understand how this issue happened, but it is likely due to issues during transit. Since we don't use any chemicals in our fish, we do have a significant disadvantage that our fish is more prone to damages during transit than regular fish
