I ordered 500 gm ayala , and got them in promised time. Got three fish for this quantity.
One was very fresh and tasty, one was ok, but one was not fresh. Please take care of this matter.

I had also ordered Tuna fish, and should say that it was very fresh and hence very tasty. Getting this taste first time in Bangalore.

We are very sorry to hear about your issue, we don't quite understand how this issue happened, but it is likely due to issues during transit. Since we don't use any chemicals in our fish, we do have a significant disadvantage that our fish is more prone to damages during transit than regular fish
